Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Upon arrival, we will personally welcome you and show you the apartment and the farm. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please let us know – we will always find a solution!

We do not offer breakfast. The nearest bakery is approximately 2.5 km away. Alternatively, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.

Yes, dogs are very welcome! We charge a small surcharge of €10 per night. Beautiful walking paths start right at the doorstep. Please bring your own dog bed or blanket. We ask that dogs be kept on a lead on the farm grounds due to our farm animals.

Thelenshof is centrally located in the Eifel region and easily accessible via the A1/A48 motorways. From Cologne/Bonn it takes approximately 90 minutes, from Koblenz approximately 45 minutes. The nearest train station is 8 km away. We will send you detailed directions with the booking confirmation.

Of course! We provide cots and high chairs free of charge. Please let us know when booking what you need so that we can prepare everything. There is also a large playground on the farm.

During peak season (July/August and public holidays) the minimum stay is 5 nights. During the off-season, shorter stays from 2 nights are also possible. For weekends, we recommend at least 3 nights to truly experience the Eifel.

Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation. Less than 60 days before arrival: 60% of the total price. Less than 14 days or no-show: 90% of the total price. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will work together to find a fair solution.

Yes, all holiday apartments have free Wi-Fi. The connection is fast enough for streaming and video calls. You will receive the password upon arrival.
